Altis Property Partners are pleased to announce Samsung SDS, one of the world’s largest logistics operators owned by the global electronics producer Samsung, and Yatsal Distributors, a leading variety wholesaler and distributor, are the latest in a string of logistics businesses to have secured new facilities at an Aware Super-owned industrial precinct at Aeria in South West Sydney. Samsung SDS has committed to a 26,041 sqm facility over a 5-year lease and Yatsal Ditributors has committed to 18,445 sqm facility across a 7-year lease at Altitude.

Since securing Beijer Ref as the first tenant in December 2020, Altitude has experienced rental growth of up to 120% and now boasts Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Allied Express, eStore Logistics and Sydney Freezers as tenants. Featuring 164,551 sqm of best-in-class warehousing and office accommodation across the 46-hectare estate, there is now only one building left to lease in the entire estate.
